SAR Unit Manager
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery

- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
