The median for nursing in Texas is $35/hr, across 709 postings. It covers every nursing role in the state, so it is a bearing, not a like-for-like comparison.

About this role

Program runs from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027. $55/HOUR - NIGHTS ONLY. All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
