About this role

Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off This is a Per Diem role for a Home Health and Hospice RN. We will train in-house through lots of shadowing with another RN. As a Home Health RN, you will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patient needs, creating care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of your patients and help them achieve their health goals.

- Valid RN license in the state of CA
- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a registered nurse is a plus
- Experience in home health or a related setting is preferred
- Hospice experience is a plus
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Current BLS certification
- Acute care clinical experience is a plus
