Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care. Provides effective communication to the patient, family, team members, and other healthcare professionals as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, and communication notes. Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Documents care timely by meeting agency's standards of submission of documentation. What We're Looking For Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing Licensure: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas Certifications: Current ACLS or BLS certification.
