Dependable Nursing is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout Northeast Phoenix and Fountain Hills .

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN with Home Health experience who enjoys working independently, building meaningful patient relationships, and providing quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.

What You'll Do

Perform skilled nursing visits throughout the assigned Northeast Phoenix territory

Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care

What We're Looking For

Current Arizona RN license in good standing

Home Health nursing experience REQUIRED

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Ability to travel throughout the assigned Northeast Phoenix territory, including Fountain Hills
