Experience
- Proven experience in nurse management within a home health or long-term care setting.
- Extensive background in long-term care regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise nursing staff effectively, including charge nurses.
- Strong understanding of nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in home health services.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts efficiently.
