We’re looking for dedicated Medication Technicians to join our team and build a rewarding career in Assisted Living. In this role, you’ll help ensure medications are handled safely and accurately while supporting residents with care, compassion, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports
- Document medication administration and related activities
- Follow all medication management policies and procedures
- Record resident medical information and vital signs as needed
- Monitor and document self-administration of medications by residents
- Order and re-order medications, supplies, and equipment , partnering with pharmacies and families
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community
- Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- A valid fingerprint clearance card
- A current food handler’s card
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
