Key Responsibilities of RN Supervisor
- Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervision & Leadership: Assist with staffing and scheduling, provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Quality Improvement: Assist with quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and seamless transitions of care.

Education
Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive measures, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ
- Previous experience as an RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis
