Position
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hive Fit Club and Wellness, specializing in administering IV therapy, peptides, blood draws, and other wellness services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in intravenous procedures, therapeutic injections, and health assessments to enhance the well-being of our members and guests.

Responsibilities
IV Therapy Administration
● Perform intravenous therapy procedures, including hydration, vitamin infusions, and nutrient supplementation.
● Ensure accurate calculation and administration of medications and fluids.
Peptide Administration
● Administer therapeutic peptides as prescribed by healthcare providers.
● Monitor and document patient response to peptide treatments.
Hormone Therapy Administration
● Administer hormone therapy in accordance with prescribed protocols.
● Monitor hormone levels and adjust treatment plans as necessary, under direction of our Nurse Practitioner.
Blood Draws and Lab Work
● Conduct venipuncture and collect blood samples for diagnostic testing.
● Coordinate with external laboratories for specimen processing and analysis.
Health Assessments
● Conduct health assessments to evaluate overall wellness and suitability for specific therapies.
● Collaborate with clients to understand medical histories and lifestyle factors.
Patient
Education
● Provide detailed explanations of wellness services, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
● Offer guidance on post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient encounters, treatments, and lab results.
● Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with Healthcare Team
● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and wellness practitioners, to develop comprehensive wellness plans.
● Communicate effectively with team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Emergency Response
● Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid as necessary.
● Adhere to established emergency procedures and protocols.
Cross-Training & Business Support
● This role requires cross-training across all areas of Hive to support the overall business, including the gym, wellness, and fuel bar.
● Willingness to learn front-desk operations, member/guest services, and basic support functions outside of clinical duties as needed.
● Flexibility to step in and assist other departments during peak times, staffing gaps, or special events.
● A team-first mindset is essential — we operate as one connected business, not siloed departments.
Qualifications
● Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
● Certification in IV therapy administration and venipuncture.
● Previous experience in administering IV therapy, peptides, and blood draws.
● Strong knowledge of health and wellness practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a spa and wellness setting.
● Willingness and flexibility to cross-train and support multiple areas of the business.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and move around comfortably.
● Capability to perform venipuncture and administer intravenous therapies.
