We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time role. Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care; maintaining current competency; mentoring peers; integrating ethical standards and evidence-based practices; ensuring safety; supervising staff; documenting thoroughly; and responding to emergency situations. Qualifications required: at least one year of nursing experience; graduate from an accredited nursing program; effective communication skills; current Illinois Nursing license; CPR certification; and preferred experience in psychiatric care. ACLS, PALS, NRP may be needed based on unit requirements. Skills needed: mastery of nursing skills, leadership ability, and strong communication.
