About this role

Our associates deliver a higher standard of business services to support medical care and behavioral health care. We maintain professionalism, integrity, and commitment as we solve problems and make lives easier. Reports directly to and meets with the Regional Nurse Manager or Director Medical Operations, and prepares reports as requested.

Recruits, orients, supervises, and evaluates performance of nursing and clerical personnel. Ensures adequate staffing at facility. Ensures appropriate licensure on nursing and certified medical personnel.

Audits medical files to ensure that all provided services are documented using the SOAP format. Maintains absolute security of all medical records. Monitors and promotes staff compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, including those covering controlled substances.

Participates in CQI meetings. Accepts on-call status. Must be able to perform CPR when needed.
