About this role

Safe at Home Private Care is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work at the clients residence in the Lawrenceville, GA area. Responsibilities would pertain to the needs of the client, from normal day to day activities involving dressing, moving, feeding the client, and other similar needs.

Responsibilities

  • Client is apart of the GAPP Program.
  • 19year old Female-Unable to ambulate, wheelchair bound, lack of muscle control, limited ROM and flexibility, limited sensation, neurogenic bowel and bladder with frequent constipation and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), mild-to-moderate developmental delay, poor safety awareness, requires assistance with all ADL care and transfers.
  • Taking verbal orders .
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the service plan for clients receiving nursing services.
  • Regularly assess the needs of the client receiving nursing services.
  • Medication administration teaching.
  • Monitoring medication.
  • Completion of service plans.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
