Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or obtained within organizational guidelines
- Minimum of 5 years of recent pediatric cardiac, critical care, or related nursing experience
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and care coordination skills
- Preferred: Experience caring for pediatric patients with heart failure, ventricular assist devices, ECMO, cardiac transplant, or congenital heart disease
- Preferred: Care coordination or nurse coordinator experience
- Preferred: Certification in a pediatric or cardiovascular specialty
- Preferred: MSN
