Responsibilities
Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc). Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care. Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions. Qualifications &

- Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
- 1-2 years wound care experience required
- Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred
- 1+ years of long term care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
