360 Vascular Institute is a physician-owned Vascular and Interventional Radiology practice in Dublin, Ohio and the only Quad A-accredited (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) outpatient vascular practice in the region. We've become a destination for vascular care, serving patients from throughout Ohio, across the United States, and internationally through our commitment to exceptional vascular diagnosis, education, and treatment.

We're looking for a procedural nurse who wants to help build the future of our practice.

*In our practice, every team member is expected to contribute beyond their individual job description, helping teammates, supporting our patients, and continuously improving how we deliver care.*

We value people who take initiative, embrace feedback, and look for ways to make the team stronger every day.

You'll work directly with a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist in a collaborative, physician-led practice where education, teamwork, and clinical excellence are at the center of everything we do. You'll understand not only *how* procedures are performed, but *why*, while helping improve operations and shape the future of our growing practice.

This role is ideal for an experienced procedural nurse ready to take the next step in their career. As our office-based lab grows, you'll have increasing opportunities for leadership, professional development, and operational responsibility while working closely with the OBL Manager to improve workflows, support quality initiatives, and help shape the future of our practice.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy

  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintaining complete, accurate, audit-ready documentation.
  • Helping the office-based lab operate efficiently and on schedule.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, quality, and patient care.
  • Growing into a trusted clinical leader as our practice expands.

*This position combines procedural nursing, clinical operations, quality improvement, and leadership development.*

Schedule

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Typical start time between 7:00–7:30 AM
  • Predictable daytime schedule
  • No weekends, holidays, or hospital call

Responsibilities

  • Independently and safely administer and monitor *moderate (conscious) sedation* for minimally invasive vascular procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day nursing operations of the office-based lab, helping improve patient flow, procedural efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, audit-ready documentation, including narcotic accountability and quality records.
  • Help maintain continuous readiness for Quad A accreditation through quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with the physician and OBL Manager to improve workflows, solve problems, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Cross-train, support teammates, and contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
