Role
The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Performs the nursing process, coordinates care, and partners with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. Demonstrates teamwork, supports performance improvement, mentors colleagues, and promotes evidence-based practice and research. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Contributes to protocol development and resource management.
Qualifications &
Skills
Requires a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience, valid RN license (single or multi-state), and certifications in BLS, ACLS (or equivalent). Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Must have strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technology skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies.
