Your Role

Qualifications
An active Illinois Registered Nurse (Illinois) license is required
Proven nursing leadership experience, preferably as a DON or ADON
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, care planning, and quality standards
Passion for creating an inclusive and positive work environment
