Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of per diem healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional home care services to clients.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans

Provide direct patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition

Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques

Requirements

Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
