About this role

We are seeking a caring, mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Whether you hold a BSN or ADN, candidates must possess an active Texas RN license in good standing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, values collaboration, and feels called to serve in a Christian nonprofit ministry environment. Ultrasound training is available for qualified candidates. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • active Texas RN license in good standing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas; BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); OB ultrasound experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates; Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; Ability and willingness to work at multiple clinic locations; Commitment to serving women and families with compassion, dignity, and Christ-like care; Team-oriented mindset with a servant leadership approach; Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred); Previous experience in women's health, pregnancy care, or nonprofit clinic settings (preferred)
