Schedule
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Length: 12 Hours Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
Follow infection-control procedures, facility policies, and patient-safety standards.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients.
✅ Requirements
Active LPN license eligible to practice in New Mexico.
Current BLS certification, as required by the facility.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable.
Ability to work 36 hours per week throughout the 7-week assignment.
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts from 5:00 AM–5:00 PM.
