Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) Family Medicine, Viroqua

Emplify Health (by Gundersen) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Viroqua Family Medicine Clinic . The Viroqua Clinic is looking for an experienced team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This is an outpatient only position working Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm and call rotation over the phone from home.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to use modern charting technology.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
