Performs procedures, monitors patient status, and documents care accurately. Educates patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to support self-management. Utilizes evidence-based practices and participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote recovery and positive outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of hire. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required. NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of employment. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
