About the employer

Good Samaritan

The day-to-day work is long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation, where you may step into charge nurse duties and delegate to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within your competence. Scheduling is concrete: full-time weekend days run 36 hours a week, 6:00…

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
