Operating Room Circulating Nurse - 3 days per week - no call

About the role

We're a QUAD A–certified ambulatory surgery facility in the DFW area seeking an experienced circulating nurse for a 3-day-per-week schedule. Work days are flexible and may vary week to week — we'll build the schedule with you in advance, and in return we ask for some flexibility on which weekdays you work.

What your week looks like

• 3 days per week, daytime hours ([e.g., 7 AM to 3 -7 PM])
• Elective cases with a healthy (ASA 1-2), screened patient population

What you'll do

• Circulate for surgical cases from patient arrival through handoff to recovery
• Serve as the patient's advocate and safety champion in the OR
• Maintain sterile technique and manage the surgical environment
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in our EMR
• Assist with room turnover, supplies, and case preparation
• Partner closely with our surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs

What we're looking for

• Active Texas RN license (or compact state license) in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of circulating experience (ASC or hospital OR)
• CNOR certification a plus, not required
• Someone reliable, calm under pressure, and easy to work with
