We are looking for a leader who can direct the overall operation with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the company's business objectives. We are looking for a proven Registered Nurse who has a track record of driving goals. Essential Duties &

Responsibilities

Drive goals of the company leading to financials success of facilities and portfolio; Counseling of few clients and families; Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives; Lead facilities management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan; Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct company programs and activities; Monitor each department's activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback and assist, observe, coach, and discipline as needed.
