What You'll Bring: A valid and current Florida RN License. At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience. Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.
Level 2 Background screening. Current CPR/BLS certification. Updated TB/PPD.
Your Impact: As a Home Health RN, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized, high-quality care, including: Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs. Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with our in-office case managers.
