About this role

Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) serves as an acute-care inpatient psychiatric facility for persons with mental health or co-occurring disorders. Primary duty is providing client-centered therapeutic services to mental health, substance abuse, or developmentally disabled clients, serving as a consultant and mentor to other direct care employees. Services include assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person centered services and management of client risk and safety.
