A Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development Generalist role uses expertise to enhance healthcare methods for learners. They improve patient outcomes and their techniques.
Essential Functions of the Role You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning. You'll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs. You will help implement education plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. At least (2) two years of pertinent experience is essential. (RN) Registered Nurse license and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within (30) thirty days of hire.
PREFERRED: 5 years of NICU Nursing experience
