*Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health*
We are seeking experienced and dependable *Registered Nurses (RNs)* to join our growing Home Health team.
*Experience Required*
Candidates must have prior *Home Health nursing experience* and be comfortable managing higher-acuity patients in the home setting, including:

- Post-surgical patients and post-operative care
- IV therapy and IV medication administration
- PICC lines and central line care
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Medication management and patient education
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Chronic disease management
- Coordination with physicians and other members of the care team
- Documentation in a Home Health/EMR system
*Qualifications*
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Critical care experience including ICU, Emergency Room, or Level I Trauma Center settings.
- Previous experience working for a Home Health agency *strongly preferred*
- Strong IV and clinical assessment skills
- Experience with post-surgical and medically complex patients
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation

We are especially interested in nurses who already understand the Home Health environment and can confidently manage patients who require skilled nursing following hospitalization or surgery.
