- Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, restorative, or geriatric nursing
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or nursing management experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- BLS Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Background check (Florida Clearinghouse)
