In this leadership role, you will oversee evening nursing operations, support and mentor clinical staff, and help ensure the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. Requirements
Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, restorative, or geriatric nursing
At least one (1) year of supervisory or nursing management experience preferred
Current CPR certification
BLS Certification
Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Background check (Florida Clearinghouse)
