Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
Assist in monitoring medication programs.
Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education &
Experience
