BrightStar Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our PRN team. This role offers flexible scheduling while providing skilled nursing care to patients in home and facility settings. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, performing wound care, IV therapy, injections, and routine nursing procedures, communicating patient updates to physicians and clinical staff, educating patients and families on care plans and health management, and maintaining accurate documentation and following safety protocols.

Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
