Summary
Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members. Assesses learning needs, develops and leads evidence-based educational programs, supports new hire orientation, and promotes clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.

Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members Serves as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staff Participates in quality improvement initiatives and change management Performs appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned
