We’re growing — and we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our San Antonio team!

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse at DSSW, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in home and community-based waiver programs. Your responsibilities will include: · Conducting initial assessments for clients transitioning off the CLASS waiting list · Performing post-hospital assessments to ensure continuity of care · Managing and completing annual renewal assessments · Collaborating with a compassionate team to ensure the highest quality of care ✅ What You Bring: · Current RN license in the State of Texas · Minimum 1 year of home care nursing experience · Strong typing skills (35 WPM with 80% accuracy) and Excel proficiency · A reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and willingness to travel throughout San Antonio · A heart for service and a commitment to empowering others Why Join DSSW?
