Schedule
Full Time. Shift: Day Shift 6:45am-7:15 pm with every other weekend. Location: Altamonte Springs location but must be open to covering the Orlando and Kissimmee locations when census requires.
Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Participates in ongoing professional development and training. Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care. Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it.
Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues. Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Administers and manages medications accurately and safely.
Other duties as assigned.
