This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and clinical excellence. Position Summary The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and delivering exceptional care to residents. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, Director of Resident Life, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners, the Nurse Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
