We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor to assist in leading clinical operations within our Assisted Living community. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and clinical excellence.
Position Summary
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and delivering exceptional care to residents. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, Director of Resident Life, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners, the Nurse Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Requirements
Current, active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state
Minimum 2 years of supervisory nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, assisted living, or related healthcare setting
Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to move throughout the facility during the workday
