What We're Seeking
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of strong clinical leadership and survey outcomes , experience with facility stabilization, survey readiness, clinical performance improvement, and/or multi-site support , and be able to quickly establish credibility and build trust with a new nursing team.
Compensation Package
- $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Travel expenses reimbursed by the company
- Company-paid hotel/lodging for required overnight assignments
- Full-Time opportunity
