**Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager**
The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is looking for a talented and hardworking Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager to join our ever-growing team.
**Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager** **Job Description:**
- Ensure compliance with elements of FS 400.147
- Coordinate data gathering functions of risk management as well as analyze and draw conclusion from the data gathered.
- Follow-up and monitoring of plans of correction for identified risk areas.
- Facilitate prevention programs.
- Provide input into the continuous development of the risk management program.
- Ensure compliance with elements of Corporate Compliance program.

Qualifications

- RN with valid NY License and prefer two (2) years’ experience as DON, ADON, or MDS in a long term care center.

**Salary: up to $115,000 a year**
