The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN
What You Will Do
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer appropriate wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and wound irrigation
Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing
Educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies
Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Duties as assigned
What You Must Have
Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role
