Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Quality & Compliance POD. The role focuses on ensuring high standards of clinical documentation, compliance, and audit quality across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical documentation, Medical Decision Making (MDM), and quality assurance processes in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
- Evaluate medical records and notes with a strong focus on Medical Decision Making (MDM)
- Identify gaps in documentation, coding, and compliance, and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure adherence to internal protocols, regulatory guidelines, and quality benchmarks
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve documentation quality and compliance
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all audit and review processes
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the organization
Key Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (US experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in medical documentation and clinical notes review
- Solid understanding of Medical Decision Making (MDM)
- Experience in quality audits, compliance, or clinical quality assurance
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and feedback skills
