Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our home care agency, ensuring that all services are provided in a safe, efficient, and effective manner
Conduct on-site visits to assess client care and provide feedback and guidance to caregivers
Collaborate with our care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients
Provide mentorship and training to our caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
Participate in local and national industry organizations and conferences to stay current on best practices and advances in home care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and team performance
Identify and address any potential problems or concerns that may arise, and implement corrective actions as needed
