About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home care agency. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care, while also supporting and guiding our care team members to provide the best possible outcomes. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our home care agency, ensuring that all services are provided in a safe, efficient, and effective manner

Conduct on-site visits to assess client care and provide feedback and guidance to caregivers

Collaborate with our care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients

Provide mentorship and training to our caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care

Participate in local and national industry organizations and conferences to stay current on best practices and advances in home care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and team performance

Identify and address any potential problems or concerns that may arise, and implement corrective actions as needed
