PRN RN, OT & PT — Immediate Start | LaFayette, GA

Innovative Resource Services is seeking qualified, licensed healthcare professionals for an immediate PRN/as-needed patient care assignment in LaFayette, Georgia, near the Tennessee state line.

We are currently seeking

• Registered Nurse (RN) — Skilled Nursing

• Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Physical Therapist (PT)

This is an as-needed assignment with an immediate staffing need. Professionals who are available to begin as early as this week; are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an RN, OT, or PT with current practicing credentials.

• Relevant clinical/home-care experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to LaFayette, GA

• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered

• Ability to complete required clinical documentation

• Current CPR/BLS certification as applicable to the position

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards.

• Experience working with geriatric patients and expertise in discharge planning and home health services.

• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans while adhering to healthcare protocols for patient safety and quality care.

• Excellent client communication skills to effectively educate patients on their care plans and rehabilitation processes.
