Registered Nurse (RN) – Home IV Infusion Nurse Chino Hills & surrounding areas Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible!)

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IV infusion therapy in patients' homes throughout the area. If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, working independently, and using your IV skills in a meaningful way, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care
Access, maintain, and care for
- Ports
- PIVs
- PICC lines
Administer
- IV antibiotics
- TPN
- IVIG
- Monitor patients during infusions and report any changes
- Educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention
- Complete clear and timely documentation
- Follow physician orders and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
Active California RN license in good standing IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus!) Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Current BLS/CPR Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
