Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Oncology

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet diverse patient needs. They partner with patients and families, ensuring clear communication and shared decision-making.

Provide relationship-based, individualized care aligned with clinical standards and patient goals. Coordinate safe and effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation. Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance quality and safety. Support professional development by completing required education and mentoring others. Promote evidence-based practice, uphold policies, and contribute to protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.

Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). Active RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience required; preferred candidates with direct patient care experience. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
