Position
Summary
We’re hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift. This role is responsible for overseeing care delivery, assessing and addressing resident needs, and guiding a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellence throughout the night.
Key
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, interviews, hiring, and staff orientation
Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure consistent, quality nursing care
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during overnight shifts
Coordinate and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
Collaborate with other disciplines to monitor resident progress and care goals
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and timely documentation
Monitor Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data and lead quality improvement initiatives
Promote a safe, clean, and supportive overnight care environment
Help develop and implement education plans to support team growth
Qualifications
Active RN license in the State of Georgia (LPNs with strong leadership experience may also be considered)
Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related healthcare setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, collaborative approach to overnight supervision
