Community Behavioral Nursing Services is a family-owned and operated, accredited home health agency dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with dignity and respect. Seeking a dependable, self-motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Hudson, Ohio. The LPN/RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in accordance with the current nursing plan of care within their scope of practice. Employees are responsible for completion and documentation of vital signs and observations, coordination of care activities, and delivering nursing services for each assigned patient.

- RN
- Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one year's experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in a clinical home care setting
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- BLS Certification
