Pay Info: Huge sign on bonus available! The Hillsboro Long Term Care (LTC) facility has an opening for a registered nurse (RN). 12 hour night shifts (7:00pm - 7:00am) with every other weekend and a rotation of holidays required. $20,000 sign on bonus available for eligible new employees! New grads are welcome! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.

Requirements

Unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate licensure if applicable
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
