About the employer
One path is home-health start-of-care work: you complete SOC assessments, skilled visits, reassessments, recertifications, discharge planning, OASIS and EMR documentation, wound care, and medication management across Kissimmee and Osceola County. Another path is hi-tech private duty. There you are 1:1…
On your path
Home Health is a specialty you move into. Agencies want acute time first, then train the home-specific work.
