A Pediatric Long-Term Care Facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Educator to join its clinical leadership team. This position will play a critical role in educating both nursing staff and families, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care while supporting families through their child's healthcare journey. Requirements

  • Active RN license required
  • Pediatric nursing experience required
  • Previous experience as a Nurse Educator, Clinical Educator, Staff Development Coordinator, or similar role preferred
  • Experience working with medically complex pediatric patients strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation, teaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to educate both healthcare professionals and family members effectively
  • Knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitation, or pediatric specialty care settings preferred
