Assistant Director of Nursing

AdviniaCare Providence is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical functions of our facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical functions of the facility, including reviewing documentation, conducting rounds with physicians, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Manage staff, including assigning shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional care delivery
Hold in-services and training sessions to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices
Assist with staffing, including scheduling and recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for our residents
Focus on quality assurance and performance improvement, identified areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the quality of care
